Ten years at a leading investment bank taught me how to understand clients, build trust, and deliver when expectations are high.
From there, I joined a SaaS scaleup that went public, progressing from CSM to Manager to VP of Customer Success in under five years.
Working on enterprise accounts taught me how to navigate complexity, competing priorities, and relationships at scale.
I’ve made plenty of mistakes, learned from good people, and picked up a few things I wish I’d known earlier.
